  I would rather live 100 years in the past because then I could see my great great great grandparents, and people in my family I would never have met in my usual life.  Why would I would not want to live in the future, The reason why I wouldn't want to live in the future, is because there would probably be robots and scary things that are happening. You would maybe also see bad things about the environment and our beaches that wouldn't be in our normal life. Why would I want to like in the like in the past Because like I said before it would be cool to see your family who you never got to meet. It would also be cool to see how life was when you didn’t have technology and mobile phones on the 3rd of April 1973 was when the first mobile phone came out. And right now we have the iPhone 13 out. In conclusion, I think that living in the past is better than living in the future.

  how to make a panda out of shells Aim: is to have a cool panda decoration Materials   1 large scallop 3 medium pipi’s White paint Black paint vivid/ permanent marker Super glue Instructions First you paint the large scallop white Secondly you paint 2 pipi’s black and the other one white Then you draw with the vivid, a eyes on the large scallop were you want Then on the white pipi you draw a nose with the vivid near the top.  Next you get the glue and stick the black pipi’s to the top of the large scallop apart. Finally get the white pipi and stick it 10 mm away from the eyes, there you have a cool panda made of shells.

 Today with Donna we learnt how to write a good blog comment by sorting out the comments  

 maths- my division 1 to 2  digit numbers and some of my time table like my 7, 8, 9, 12 time tables. reading- I should be reading more non fiction books. So when I go to the library I get 1 non fiction and one fiction book and I read for 20 minutes or more. Inquiry- learn more about the human body. Writing- do more recipes write them down and write them correctly. And do more experiments.    

  Do you not want a beach to visit and not be able to swim in the ocean? Well this could be a reality. With too much plastic pollution , over fishing and global warming. These are all bad things for our ocean. That’s why I think our oceans are in bad health.  Plastic pollution as a result of our environment is terrible. Marine species ingest or are entangled by plastic debris, which causes severe injuries and deaths. Plastic pollution threatens food safety and quality, human health, coastal tourism, and contributes to climate change, which is very bad. According to Google we need to Recycle,  Reduce, Reuse, but that won’t get rid of the plastic that is already in our oceans.    Global warming is very bad for our oceans. As greenhouse gases trap more energy from the sun, the oceans are absorbing more heat. Resulting in an increase in the sea surface temperatures and rising sea level. Changes in ocean temperatures and currents. Brought about by climate change will lead to alteration

  in the production I  felt a little bit different, because I was a main character. I was quite scared because I had a main role. I was still very exited with my beautiful face paint but it was still annoying.  I really enjoyed how we got to do the oki oki song. I also liked when I was with my friends on stage, and having team meetings with chocolate brownies.  I also liked the audience watching us perform and putting a smile on there faces. Next time I could probably not to nervous and look at the blue dot more.

This hook is great start to get people interested in the text because it has a fact, humour it makes the reader think

Today we were learning, how humans have an impact on the ocean. Me and Ava worked on this. It is about the Rena, the big oil spill in New Zealand. It was a major cause to the environment and wild life  To date the spill has  killed  over 200 birds, including little blue penguins, shags, petrels, albatrosses and plovers.

  How did it go: it went all right, I didn’t get through. My speech was about earth. It was a funny introduction. My plan was to only look at the girls not the boys. I tried to look at the audience as much as I could. When you were halfway through you would feel okay. My legs felt wobbly. How I felt: i felt a little nervous but i was still excited. I didn’t mind if i got through or not. All of the girls were cheering me on, IT was kinda annoying but i didn’t mind it.  Who got through:  The two people in my class who went through were Georgie and haylee. I don’t know if all of my friends wanted to go through. Editing: when i was editing the teacher/ whaea cindy. told me to go back and check. I don’t really like editing that much. But I guess I had to. How did I find this information: by searching,  i did it  on google but i already knew most of the facts and information. I learned lots of new things about the earth speech.    

w.a.l.t understand the difference between public and private information     Today with Donna, we were learning      about making online profiles. how: by making  a profile. why: for when we need a profile. I enjoyed learning what's private and not.   

what went well when we started I meet some new friends which was good, but in a new term there is usually more annoying boys. which there was. In term one it was amazing. We did this thing called activity week. Like camp but not sleeping.We first did sailing with Averil and john. They were the experts with sailing. There were also other parents there for help. We also went to puketi forest to learn more about trapping and the trees. And then we went to the stone store and the Kemp house it was scary. challenges  The hardest thing was trying to understand the maths problem solving. The thing is it has to be more explained so I can understand it easier. Trying to like most of the school lunches.  goals for next term  Doing more games for once a week. Getting more confident in my problem solving, to learn more easy to me. Pushing my self when I am feeling uncomfortable in something.

  On Wednesday we went to the stone store. It wasn't the nicest day there were a couple of showers.Our group first went to the stone store itself.me and jaylee one of friends.When we got in there the people welcomed us.then we went in the first floor it was a little bit scary but not really it just had a lot weapons.But oh my gosh on the 3rd floor it was creepy like creepy as.There were these saws and this thing that a boy said it was meant to cut of babies or dolls heads yikes that’s scary. Then the bell rang so we switched to the Kemp house that was much scarier than the stone store.They had creepy dolls and a disgusting toilet.Then there was this cool kitchen.  Then we had a break and lunch. I had sushi. It was delicious then we played. Then we went on a walk. There were these cool little house things, one for the girls and one for the boys. Then when we went further she told us that this tree was a girl.Then we went back to school but I just went home with my mum. The end

Today we made banana pancakes they were so good. We made them because it was our teachers tradition to do on birthday mornings. whaea Kaya our second principal tried who's pancake was the best and the girls won.     here are the ingredients and recipe.  2 teaspoons baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt 1 egg, beaten 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 ripe bananas, mashed Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk, vegetable oil and bananas. Step 2 Stir flour mixture into banana mixture; batter will be slightly lumpy. Step 3 Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.
